There is a second bathroom with separate toilets. The three big bedrooms are the best fit for up to 6 people. The balcony provides a nice view of the lively Rue Ste. Placide. The flat is equipped with DSL, providing unlimited broadband internet access, WiFi, Cable TV programming, and free phone calls to France and many other countries (landlines).

The flat is close to Saint Germain des Pres and the Luxembourg Garden, and at the corner of the well known Rue de Cherche Midi and Rue Ste. Placide. There are many shops, restaurants and small markets near the flat, and the closest Metro stop, “Saint Placide”, is a short 2 minute walk away.
